Product Test

 

TQS has a complete laboratory, and most Quality Assurance Engineers are ASQ membership, our QE involves from the product design stage, QE does product safety and reliability review at every stage to find out all hidden issues before mass product to make sure the quality can meet client’s market standard(s), and client’s orders can arrive at client’s store on time.

We provide normal use test, product & packaging test: master/inner carton weight & dimension, transit test (ISTA-1A),unit packaging (Fair Packaging & Labeling Act 16 CFR 500), barcode scan, important information checking (COO, age grading, warning statement, labeling, FCC etc.), abuse test (drop, torque, tension, compression, flexure), adhesion test, sharp points/edges(16CFR1500.48/49), battery capacity check, battery protection circuit test, overcharge test, stand-by/operated current, operated voltage, battery reverse test, hi-pot test, flammability (16 CFR 1500.44), aging test, heavy metal content (Al, Sb, As, Ba, B, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Pb, Mn, Hg, Ni, Se, Sr, Sn, Zn), Phthalates (CPSIA-108).

Price: We only charge chemical test & transit test, other tests are free for customers who will appoint TQS for inspection. Heavy metal content: $10 dollars per material, Phthalates: $35 dollars per material, Transit test: $25 dollars per item.
